Staetadahi Raitas


  • cucumber, tomato-onion, spinach, potato, mint, raisin (not mentioned)
  • black sea salt (to taste)



  • Stataedahi can be mixed with grated cucumber, tomato-onion, boiled and mashed spinach, boiled and mashed potato, mint, and raisin-green-coriander or so to make delicious raitas. With a little cumin powder, mustered powder and kala namak (black sea salt) it tasted wonderful.
